Security, controls, and auditability for enterprise AI finance data.
QuantumTrack should be treated as finance infrastructure. The product cannot become CFO-ready until every financial value is access-controlled, source-linked, reviewed, and exportable into existing finance governance.
Identity and access
Production access should use SAML/OIDC SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, RBAC, and workspace-level permissions for CFOs, finance reviewers, operators, and auditors.
Data isolation
Each customer workspace needs isolated audit sessions, encrypted source inventory, retention controls, deletion flows, and clear processor boundaries.
Evidence lineage
Every value should link to source file, page, row, cell, Light record, formula, preparer, reviewer, timestamp, and approval status.
Operational controls
Customer credentials are held in controlled environments, all agent runs are logged, and extraction, reconciliation, approval, and export jobs are separated for review.
Compliance path
Target SOC 2 readiness, vendor security review materials, DPA, subprocessors list, incident response policy, and independent security review before production finance data.
Redaction and review
Payroll, contract, and customer-sensitive records need field-level redaction, reviewer approval, and export controls before any board-ready memo is generated.
Enterprise review materials are part of the product roadmap.
The next production milestone is a vendor-security packet covering architecture, data flow, retention, subprocessors, incident response, access model, and compliance roadmap.
